iSchool Associate Professor Renate Chancellor has been selected to receive the RUSA Gail Schlachter Memorial Research Grant. The goal of the grant is to connect people to resources, information services and collections.

Professor Jian Qin has been selected for the university's Excellence in Graduate Education Faculty Recognition Award. Qin says there is “never a shortage for inspiration” in her work with students.
Heather Crane G’23 is an open education librarian at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. She graduated from Syracuse’s iSchool in December with a master’s degree in Library and Information Science.
iSchool Professor Joon Park has been selected as a Meredith Professor. He was selected based on his excellent teaching, which focuses on higher education and information security.
